/CURTAIN WALL
Aluminum Alloy Polyurethane Composite Curtain Wall Series
Wingreen passive facade system employs PU thermal break aluminum profiles, originating from Danish technology in Europe, with independent intellectual property rights. The profile structure design utilizes rigid polyurethane foam to achieve a complete thermal break structure, where both aluminum alloy and core materials can withstand ultra-high wind pressure loads. It features an ultra-strong square tube metal support frame, ensuring high structural strength, minimal thermal bridges, and strong stability. Through finite element analysis, both structural strength and deflection meet international and domestic facade specification requirements. The insulation material, rigid polyurethane foam (PU), has an extremely low thermal conductivity. With the same insulation effect, it achieves the minimum structural width, resulting in, excellent thermal performance, and system configuration. Through professional thermal finite element calculations, it achieves optimal control over facade thermal performance and condensation prevention. The sealing strips use high-performance EPDM strips, taking advantage of aluminum profile plasticity to ensure tight integration of hardware grooves and sealing strips, guaranteeing the facade's air tightness, water tightness, and sound insulation performance.
